Our Horse Trapper with Horse Charge is a medieval horse trapper or caparison. The Trapper or Caparison is a covering, of cloth or leather and normally displayed the knight's coat of arms. The Horse Trapper or Caparison were a part of the horse's armour known as barding and were worn during battles or tournaments. Our caparisons or horse trappers are made in the same fashion as the ones during the Middle Ages. They are made in two halves which meet at the saddle and available in a variety of colors. Matching medieval banners and surcoats are also available.These horse trappings are custom made to your measurements. Made from 100% Cotton.
